Gram is a well-known restaurant that prepares seasonal food with high-quality ingredients supplied from local producers, all around Turkey. Sincerity comes first for Gram.
We were asked to design the menu for their new place in Kanyon, İstanbul. We went for a newspaper format featuring the seasonal content, news and events. The design is inspired by sincerity and freshness. This is the first issue, Winter 2016.
